Carol "CJ" Nelson

Carol Nelson is a Georgetown based photographer and multi-media artist who is most at ease out in nature, behind a camera or in her art studio with brush in hand.

Carol has been and artist and photographer since 1975.  Her works, along with her photographs include oil paintings and pine needle baskets which have been exhibited in galleries on both East and West Coasts.

Her love of California and Georgetown, which she calls home, is the inspiration for her current photography and artwork depicting the color and action of the "modern west", "visions of the old west" and the aesthetics of the Georgetwon Divide.  A winning and inspiring combination.
